Prayer That Bring Healing, by John Eckhardt. Overcome sickness, pain and disease. God´s Healing is for you

When Jesus walked the earth, there was nothing that Jesus didn’t heal. When He left, He sent the Holy Spirit, who works in us to have the full extent of salvation that Jesus paid for on the cross.

So just know that what was good for the people then is good for us now, because Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and forever (Heb. 13:8). God does not change (Mai. 3:6). There is no shadow of turning with Him (James 1:17).

Because of God’s faithfulness we can trust that if He healed then, He will heal today. Matthew 4:23 says, “Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all kinds of sickness and all kinds of disease among the people” (emphasis added).

Jesus healed every disease or sickness people came to Him with—no exceptions. There was nothing too hard for Him. So don’t let the devil or the doctor tell you that you have something that’s incurable. It might be incurable to the doctor, but it’s not incurable to Jesus Christ.

How You Can Be Healed

God has a lot of ways to heal us based on the redemptive work of Christ. It is something Jesus paid for—something He suffered for. His desire for you to be healed and walk in divine health is the reason He went through so much pain and suffering.

He was taking upon Himself the pain and suffering of humanity. Therefore, He has made healing available to you through many avenues. They are: Healing through the laying on of hands (Luke 4:40)

He didn’t tell them it wasn’t God’s will for them to be healed. Everyone who came to Jesus got healed. No exceptions.

1.    Healing Through Deliverance (Matt 8:16)
Demons can be the reason why people are sick in their bodies. They may have a spirit of infirmity. See also Luke 8:2.

2.    Healing Through Breaking Curses (Gal. 3:13)
People are plagued with generational demons of infirmity such as diabetes, high blood pressure, certain heart conditions, and more.

If there is a generational curse that is activating sickness in your body, know that because Jesus was made a curse for us, you can tell the devil that he will not put this sickness in your body.

Tell him, “I don’t care if my mother, grandmother, or great grandmother had this disease; the curse stops here. I break it in the name of Jesus.” Begin to rise up and use your authority!

Say, “I am not cursed. I am blessed. My body is blessed with healing, in Jesus’s name.”

3.    Healing Through Anointing Oil (Mark 6:13)
Anointing oil represents the Spirit of God and the anointing. The anointing is what drives sickness and disease out of our bodies. The anointing oil breaks yokes of bondage (Isa. 10:27), and sickness is a form of bondage.

4.    Healing Through Faith (Mark 11:23)
For some people, sickness is a mountain. It’s always in their way. It seems like something they can’t overcome. But Mark 11:23 says that when you have faith and don’t doubt, you will speak to a mountain and it will move.

So speak to that mountain of sickness; don’t climb it! You have to talk to mountains: “Lupus, be removed and cast in the sea!” “Cancer, be removed and cast in the sea!” But don’t doubt in your heart.

This is why you have to be careful to guard your heart. Don’t hang around people who doubt. Keep your heart free from doubt and unbelief.

There is going to come a time when you will have to speak to some things. Every time a mountain gets in your way, instead of turning around and running, you need to stand face-to-face and say, “Be thou removed!” Grow up in faith.

Vigilance on the Road: Protecting Our Holiness

Charles Spurgeon
There is a robber at every turn of the road to rob you of your jewels! There is a temptation in every mercy! There is a snare in every joy! If you ever reach heaven at last, it will be a miracle of divine grace, ascribed entirely to your Father’s power. Be on your guard!
Blessed be His name! He never gives up the search until the chosen are sought out successfully. They are not people sought today and cast away tomorrow.

Treasures in the Mud: The Grace of Being Searched

Charles H. Spurgeon
The surpassing grace of God is seen very clearly in that we were not only sought, but we were also sought out. People seek for something that is lost upon the floor of the house, but in such a case there is only seeking, not seeking out. The loss is more perplexing and the search more persevering when something is sought out.
What can you do to inspire others to defend the truth with both courage and love?

Fighting for the Truth and Love

John MacArthur
In a world where truth is under attack, few rise to defend it. But let's remember that our apathy won't be an excuse before Christ. In Revelation, we see how He rebuked the churches that tolerated falsehood. Let's do the same, bravely defend the truth.
If you find your conscience vanishing, you must realize the seriousness of your condition and repent; beseech God for a clear, functioning conscience

Holy Hatred of Sin

John MacArthur
We desperately need to recover a holy hatred of sin. We need to do this corporately as a church, but we also need to do it individually as believers. Sin is surely not a pleasant subject to study or preach on, but it is necessary.
Our task is to do what the psalmist David did: He didn’t worry about “great matters” or things “too profound” for him.

Calm And Quiet

David Jeremiah
According to medical researchers at Duke University, there is a “vicious cycle” involving insomnia, anxiety, and depression. It’s sort of a “which came first: the chicken or the egg?” scenario.
