Prayer To Embrace The Truth Of Your Word |Daily Prayer
The entirety of Your word is truth, and every one of Your righteous judgments endures forever. Princes persecute me without a cause, ut my heart stands in awe of Your word. I rejoice at Your word as one who finds great treasure. –Psalm 119:160-162
My Prayer for Today
Father, I know that the entirety of Your Word is truth. If You say that all of Your promises are mine in Christ Jesus, then that is what I choose to believe.
This is Your righteous judgment and it endures forever. It is You, Father, who have caused me to be in Christ Jesus. It is You who initiated this covenant, and it is You who have given me the Holy Spirit as a guarantee.
I am Abraham’s seed and a joint heir with Jesus. (Galatians 3:29; Romans 8:17.) All that is His, is now mine as well.
I thank You for this, Father. I can now dig through Your Word knowing that any promise I find is one that I can claim as my own.
My Confession for Today
I recognize that all of my Father’s promises are eternally faithful. I tremble in knowing that they have been given to me on a personal level.
When I find one, I rejoice as one who has found buried treasure and is made rich beyond his wildest dreams. No matter what I face, the Word will see me through.
Though I am persecuted without cause and suffer troubles on every side, I can hold up the Word in faith and find deliverance every single time.
