Prayer to Free Yourself from the Love of Money and Receive Blessings | Daily Prayer
"For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs." — 1 Timothy 6:10 (NIV)
Daily Exhortation
America's first president, George Washington, once said "Few men have virtue to withstand the highest bidder." He is so right.
When you love money, you will be tempted to do anything to get it. Anything! The Bible says this can cause you to wander from the faith and could lead to a life filled with many many sorrows.
If you love to do great deeds for humanity and for the Almighty and you do these deeds with all your heart and might, money will come.
This is the way the Almighty designed life to work. If you turn it upside down and you chase the money first... sorrows and griefs. Which path will you take?
Today's Prayers
1. This morning, I reject love for money by itself in my life, in the name of Jesus.
2. By the power of the Holy Ghost, I uproot every tree of evil growing in my life by reason of the love of money, in the name of Jesus.
3. Holy Spirit of God, let every satanic urge to get money in my life be quenched by fire, in the name of Jesus.
4. Merciful Father, if I have been led astray from the path of the faith and righteousness, have mercy on me. Forgive me so I can retrace my steps, in the name of Jesus.
5. Any demonic spirit operating in my life and enforcing sorrows and griefs by reason of the satanic love of money, I arrest you by fire.
I bind you with fetters of fire. I command you: Come out of my life now! And depart forever, in the name of Jesus.
6. Most High God, as I focus my heart and my mind on doing work that will help humanity and honor You, let financial provision, as a result of my work, flow into my life till overflowing, in the name of Jesus.
7. Thank You O God for answering my prayers and for removing from me the griefs and sorrows of the enemy, in Jesus' mighty name, amen.
