You Are Able To Overcome Any Situation That You Face | Prayer Guide by John Miller

"...But the righteous are bold as a lion." — Proverbs 28:1 (NASB)

DAILY EXHORTATION

To be bold means to exist with a mindset that you are able to overcome any situation that you face. This mindset then translates to a lack of fear as well as displays of bravery and courage.

Sometimes, ignorant people too are bold. However, such people lack understanding of what lies ahead and the end is usually unfortunate.

On the other hand, people who are not ignorant and are still bold usually know that someone in authority is looking out for them. And this is what develops the mindset in the first place.

In your case, the person looking out for you is the Lord Jesus, the maker of all things. With Him on your side, there is nothing to fear.

TODAY'S PRAYERS

1. My Father and my God, I declare that I am privileged to be Your child.

2. This morning, I am filled with awe, knowing that someone as great as You are—with no equal or comparison—is on my side.

3. I am grateful, O God, that the death of Jesus Christ has purchased righteousness for me and that I am now righteous.

4. Therefore Lord, this morning, let the spirit of boldness enter into my life, in the name of Jesus.

5. I decree and declare that no spiritual situation of any kind that I may face today shall cause me to fear, in the name of Jesus.

6. I decree and declare that no physical or man-made situation of any kind shall drive me into worry or concern, in the name of Jesus.

7. Thank You Lord because my confidence is in You and that by reason of Your word, there is nothing for me to worry about, in Jesus' mighty name, amen.

If you have the need and the time, please feel free to add more prayers at this point.

Blessing: May boldness from the Most High, by reason of the righteousness of Christ, be with you wherever you go today or in any situation you find yourself. You shall go out safely and return in safety, in the name of Jesus.

Command the Morning 365: Daily Prayer Devotional

John Miller
Command the Morning 365: Daily Prayer Devotional is the most powerful daily prayer devotional. The devotionals are applicable to your daily life and so provide lessons
We need to write our vision down in clear, compelling language so that it grips our hearts.

DAILY DEVOTIONAL

Write It Down!

Zig Ziglar
Some of us wander from one thing to another our whole lives. An out-of-focus purpose can’t inspire us, but a crystal-clear lens on God’s purpose for us rivets our attention and gives us energy to keep going until we reach our goals.
Living in the past, whether failed or successful, takes our lives out of focus.

DAILY DEVOTIONAL

One Thing

Zig Ziglar
We’ve enjoyed stunning success, but instead of using our gains as a foundation for future growth, we keep reliving those memories. Living in the past, whether failed or successful, takes our lives out of focus. Paul says, “Forget the past and move on.”
Those who were blessed gave to those who were in need of a blessing.

DAILY DEVOTIONAL

The Blessing Of Giving

John Eckhardt
If you want to receive the blessing of God, you have to be ready to give. You cannot expect to live a blessed life if all you do is receive, receive, receive. You will end up like the Dead Sea—becoming too salty and too toxic to support any kind of life.
The only possibility of understanding the teaching of Jesus is by the light of the Spirit of God on the inside.

DAILY DEVOTIONAL

Clouds And Darkness

Oswald Chambers
If we have never had the experience of taking our commonplace religious shoes off our commonplace religious feet, and getting rid of al the undue familiarity with which we approach God, it is questionable whether we have ever stood in His presence.
You have to learn to go out of convictions, out of creeds, out of experiences, until so far as your faith is concerned, there is nothing between yourself and God.

DAILY DEVOTIONAL

Will You Go Out Without Knowing?

Oswald Chambers
One of the difficulties in Christian work is this question - "What do you expect to do?" You do not know what you are going to do; the only thing you know is that God knows what He is doing.
