SOBA
Principality located between the Euphrates and the Orontes, in Anti-Lebanon.
Their kings were defeated by Saul and David (2 Sam. 10:6, 8).
Archaeological discoveries have made it possible to locate Soba north of Damascus, also proving the historicity of 1 Kings 3-11, which recount the power and glory of Solomon.
