The Favor of God

32

Favor simply means preferential treatment. If you find favor with God, unlike others, heaven will be biased regarding the matters of your life. You need something extra to make you extraordinary.

The Favor of God | John Miller

The Favor of God | Daily Prayer Guide by John Miller

"Let the favor of the Lord our God be upon us, and establish the work of our hands upon us; yes, establish the work of our hands!" — Psalm 90:17 (ESV)

DAILY EXHORTATION
Favor simply means preferential treatment. If you find favor with God, unlike others, heaven will be biased regarding the matters of your life.

You need something extra to make you extraordinary. Therefore, the favor of God is a very important thing to consider and to ask for.

TODAY'S PRAYERS

1. Abba Father, let Your favor be upon me this morning, in the name of Jesus.

2. Good God, let me enjoy divine bias before You today, when it comes to the matters of my life, in the name of Jesus.

3. Lord, let me benefit from Your preferential treatment today, in the name of Jesus.

4. Sweet Jesus, let this favor go ahead of me today and cause me to enjoy unusual advantages, in the name of Jesus.

5. O my Father, let people, places, things and situations work together for me today in such a way as to secure unusual advantages for me, in the name of Jesus.

6. O God, let your favor be upon my hands and the work of my hands so they can be established, in the name of Jesus.

7. Thank You Father for the mystery of divine favor which You have unleashed for my sake today, in the name of Jesus.

If you have the need and the time, please feel free to add more prayers at this point.

Blessing: May the favor of the Lord be upon You. May this favor establish the work of your hands and cause you to prosper, in Jesus mighty name.

Command the Morning 365: Daily Prayer Devotional

John Miller
Command the Morning 365: Daily Prayer Devotional is the most powerful daily prayer devotional. The devotionals are applicable to your daily life and so provide lessons
Each of us has a primary love language; one of the five speaks to us more profoundly than the other four.

DAILY DEVOTIONAL

Communicating Love

Gary Chapman
Seldom do a husband and wife have the same love language. We tend to speak our own language, and as a result, we completely miss each other. Oh, we’re sincere. We’re even expressing love, but we’re not connecting emotionally.
God can use us wherever we go

DAILY DEVOTIONAL

Priscilla And Aquila

Randy Petersen and Robin Shreeves
Moving through the new testament, you can’t get far without meeting Priscilla and her husband, aquila. they’re mentioned in acts 18 and in three different epistles. even more amazing, we find them in three different cities.
Painful though it may be for us to admit, we’re losing touch with one another. The motivation to help, to encourage, yes, to serve our fellow human beings is waning.

DAILY DEVOTIONAL

What’s God up to in Your Life?

Charles R. Swindoll
Maybe you’ve never stopped to consider what “His purpose” is. Briefly put, God is committed to one major objective in your life: to conform you into “the image of His Son.” One of the many ways I’ve seen Him do that is through interaction with others.
Determine to seek God’s priorities for your life. It begins by spending time with Him.

DAILY DEVOTIONAL

First Things First

Tony Dungy
The pressing needs around us—even if they are good things—can take the focus away from what matters most: our relationship with God and the people He has placed in our lives. But read the verse again: “Seek the Kingdom of God above all else”
The next time you have a moment of uncertainty regarding your faith, go out- side and look at the stars.

DAILY DEVOTIONAL

Abraham Had Faith in God

Brian Hardin
God called Abram to a land he did not know and promised him that the land—as far as he could see in all directions—would one day belong to his family. This land would eventually become known as the “Promised Land.” There was a problem.
